This Privacy Policy explains how Publant Technology LLC, the company that operates Linkspex (“Linkspex”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or use the Linkspex application (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account information: your name, email address, company or brand details, password and the details of users you invite.
• Billing information: billing name and address and subscription details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we store only limited card details such as the card brand, last four digits and expiry date.
• Content: posts, media, forms, messages, replies and other content you create or upload in the Service.

Information from connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account — such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp or WordPress — we receive an access token and the data needed to provide the features you use. Depending on the platform this can include profile and page information, posts and media, comments, messages, reviews, leads submitted through lead forms, and analytics and advertising metrics. We only access this data after you authorize the connection, and you can disconnect at any time.

Information collected automatically

We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and log data when you use the Service, to keep it secure and working properly.

How we use information

• To provide the Service, including publishing and scheduling content, showing messages, comments, reviews, leads and reports, and sending the notifications you enable.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and free trials.
• To provide AI features you choose to use, such as generating post text, replies and images.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To communicate with you about your account and important changes to the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google API data

Linkspex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request, and we do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Connected platforms: when you publish, reply or change a setting, we send the relevant data to that platform on your behalf.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the Service, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, SMS and phone services, and AI providers used for the AI features. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform, we stop accessing it. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example billing records.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our safeguards regularly.

International transfers

Linkspex serves customers worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. You can also revoke Linkspex’s access to a connected platform from that platform’s security settings or from Connections in the app.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the website, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The Linkspex application uses the storage your browser needs to keep you signed in.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above, and notify you of significant changes.
