Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Linkspex website and application (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Publant Technology LLC (“Linkspex”, “we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St 64783, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by users you invite.

2. Subscriptions and free trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Free trials last 14 days and need no payment card. To keep using a paid plan after the trial, you add a payment method and are billed from then on.
• You can upgrade your plan from the application. Plan limits — such as the number of brands and users — apply as described on the pricing page.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Connected platforms

The Service works with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, WhatsApp and WordPress. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Platforms can change or limit their features and APIs at any time, which may affect the related features of the Service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through the Service. You grant Linkspex the rights needed to host, process and publish that content on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

5. AI features

AI features generate suggestions and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you publish or send it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, publish unlawful, harmful or misleading content, infringe others’ rights, break the rules of connected platforms, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and may improve or change features over time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Linkspex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for results that depend on third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
